Camp Cook – Qatar
Summary
We are hiring experienced Indian Cooks with GCC experience to prepare authentic Indian cuisine for large groups. The role requires proficiency in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with expertise in North Indian and South Indian cooking styles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian meals.
- Manage daily preparation and cooking for approximately 170 individuals.
- Maintain consistent quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including storage, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to international food safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Extensive culinary experience with Indian cuisine in large-scale catering.
- Proficiency in preparing diverse vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety practices.
