General Manager – Hospital | Alappuzha

  • Lead Business and Operations of the Hospital, Responsible for P&L for Operations and Administration 
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and best practices in the administration of the hospital.
  • Planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the hospital.
  • Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of good healthcare services.
  • Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control costs and generate revenue.
  • Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization.
  • To ensure 100% compliance with statutory, statistical, and annual reports.
  • Represent the Hospital for all medico-legal issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining and implementing the Patient Feedback Process and conducting regular patient feedback analysis.
  • Regular meetings with the Assistant Administrator, Non-medical Administrator, and Nursing superintendent through who carries out regular day-to-day management
  • Reports to the Medical Director and supervises administration in the day-to-day activities
  • Ensures that the processes needed for the quality management system are implemented and maintained in the hospital
