Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

 Description

  • Must have 20+ years experience in structural fabrication.
  • Oversee and execute projects involving steel structures and plate fabrication, including but not limited to:
  • Large-size components: Ducts, Casings, Stacks, Built-ups
  • Specialized equipment: Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Silos, HRSG Non-pressure Parts
  • Complex assemblies: Modular Skids, Pipe Racks, Platform.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project execution.
  • Oversee fabrication processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with industry safety and environmental regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in fabrication techniques and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering | B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
