• Expertise in lead kitchen operations / menu & seasonal event planning / innovative menu development. Implementing quality and safety systems
• Supervise and train culinary staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage food inventory and maintain cost control
• Collaborate with management to enhance dining experiences

Qualifications

• Masters / Bachelors holder in Hotel Management with 10+ years of experience in similar role.
• Good communication skill in English, Malayalam & Hindi.
• Knowledge in Arabic preferred.
