Description

• Supervise and manage electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, other engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform technical evaluations and troubleshoot electrical issues on-site.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report any deviations from plans to the management team.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety adherence.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E or B.Tech Electrical with 2-3yrs experience in industrial projects (substation / Transformers / High Voltage / PWD works/ Metro Rail etc.)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety standards.

Description

Assist the Team Lead in executing mechanical tasks during shutdown projects, including equipment disassembly, maintenance, and reassembly.

Support coordination of workforce activities, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and help track daily progress.

Work under supervision to gain hands-on experience in shutdown operations and team leadership.

Ensures that all tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

Working knowledge on shutdown PTW processes.

Qualifications

Graduate / ITI / Diploma holders in any stream candidates with good English communication skills.

Experience

Min. 3 years in Turnaround or Shutdown Project in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Refinery.
