Business Development Executive – IT Industry | Kochi

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Generate new leads and contacts to foster business growth, particularly within international web client markets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend networking events to attract and retain clients, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in lead generation.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business expansion, with a focus on introducing ERP and software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective alignment of business objectives, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation and international client management.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation in strategic business development.
  • Familiarity with website and Odoo development marketing, coupled with a deep understanding of ERP and software solutions.
  • Work experience in the US/UAE/MENA region is preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultural landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, essential for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in delivering persuasive presentations and proposals, showcasing your ability to articulate value propositions and drive client engagement.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth, underscoring your ability to deliver results and exceed expectations.
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies, allowing you to stay ahead of the curve and position our company as a leader in the field.
