Job Summary:
The Head of Overseas Education is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the entire overseas education division of the study abroad agency. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client relations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to aspirants for international education.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the overseas education division, aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges to inform strategic decisions.
Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of education consultants and support staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the overseas education division.
Client Engagement:

Oversee client consultations, ensuring that students and their families receive expert advice on study abroad options, admission processes, and visa requirements.
Address escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Partnership Development:

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Negotiate agreements and partnerships to enhance the consultancy’s service offerings.
Market Research and Analysis:

Stay abreast of global education trends, immigration policies, and changes in the study abroad landscape.

Qualifications:

Also need to directly or remotely oversea the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the business division. In addition collaborate with branch offices across India and the leadership executives to achieve the company’s goals
