Description:

  • Actively listen to customers to fully understand requests and address concerns.
  • Built and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Meet budget targets through responsible planning and resource allocation.
  • Develop excellent working knowledge of industry trends and improvements in processes.
  • Resolve customer queries and problems using effective communication and providing step-by-step solutions.
  • Meet the schedule using excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Conduct in-depth research into accounts to obtain a better understanding of the company’s values, backstories, and additional information.
  • Manage key account matters including solving issues, updating on project milestones, attending meetings and managing other communications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Hit sales targets by seeking opportunities for operational expansion and new customer acquisition.
  • Established budgets for specific projects and teams and controlled costs.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Post graduate with 4 – 6 years in Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
  • Must possess technical and commercial experience with Madhu’s Garage Equipment’s or ELGi’s Equipment’s, specializing in Welding and Diagnostic Equipment for Automobiles.
  • Must be knowledgeable and skilled to make effective technical
    demonstrations and presentations of products to customers.
  • Fluent in English communication (Hindi / Arabic would be an added
    advantage)
