Automobile Painting Technician – Qatar

Summary:
We are seeking skilled Automobile Painting Technicians with GCC experience to join our team in Qatar. The role requires expertise in automotive paint systems, color matching, and maintaining the highest standards of finish quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately mix automotive paints to match specific color codes and formulas.
  • Operate and maintain computerized paint mixing equipment and scales.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of automotive paint systems, color theory, and mixing procedures.
  • Ensure color accuracy and maintain quality control of all mixed products.
  • Read and interpret paint codes and formulas from leading brands (PPG, BASF, Axalta, DuPont, etc.).

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Auto Body Painting or relevant certification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive painting (workshop/dealership preferred).
  • GCC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of safety practices and handling of chemicals.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work with protective gear.
