Digital & Administrative Assistant | Dubai (WFH)
Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital & Administrative Assistant with a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and administrative functions to support our IT business operations. The ideal candidate will combine creative skills with organizational expertise to ensure smooth office administration while driving our online presence and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Design
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and create engaging content.
- Design marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital creatives using tools like Canva/Adobe Suite.
- Support SEO, website content updates, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for digital campaigns.
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
- Assist management with reporting, data entry, and coordination tasks.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth business operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and administration (IT industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media management).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
