Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing technical support and training to distributors or retailers.
Description
- Promote and achieve the sales of Automotive Batteries by developing new customers from the assigned territory/market.
- Promote a favorable image to all external stakeholders by monitoring customer service levels, assisting in resolution of all sales issues and actively following programs and systems to ensure customer delight.
- Implement effective marketing activities including promotional plans with the guidance of the manager to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify the emerging market shifts and communicate with management while being fully aware of new products and competition status through extensive market knowledge.
- Attend all training courses conducted by principals or learning and development department to improve the sales & professional skills.
- Complete reports, Presentations, SAP transactions as per the SOP’s and management directions to accomplish organizational capabilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain the Customer Delight in everything you do.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Post graduate with 2+ years in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
- Must possess technical and commercial experience with Exide, Amaron, Choride, Varta, Bosch, SF Sonic .
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled to make effective technical demonstrations and presentations of products to customers.
- Fluent in English communication (Hindi/Arabic would be an added
advantage)
