Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in automotive workshops and garages, including lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, and other tools. 

Description

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with various workshop equipment, including tools, machinery, and diagnostic systems.
  • Repair or replace damaged components, ensuring all repairs are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint the root cause of equipment issues.
  • Ensure all workshop equipment is operating safely and complies with relevant regulations.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with equipment.
  • Educate and train workshop staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies needed for equipment repairs.
  • Order and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Manage equipment repairs budget.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning the workshop area or organizing equipment storage.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques. 

Qualifications

  • ITI or Diploma holder with 2+ years in the Automotive Industry.
  • Must have experience in the installation & repairs of brands like Hunter, Texa, Telwin, Ravaglioli and ATS ELGi garage equipments.
  • Proven experience as a garage equipment/service technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling tries to businesses and /or individual customers, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. 

Description

  • Identify business opportunities and improve sales of the Tires.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations explaining the products and services to customers and prospective clients
  • Achieves individual sales target, GP target and target of allotted team through different sales channels on monthly and annual basis
  • Implements effective advertising and promotional plans with the guidance of the manager to achieve sales objectives
  • Conducts market analysis to strengthen customer database and customer index and to forecast the possible sales opportunities to create new sales leads
  • Ensures that sales enquires are filed and follow up is done to maximize enquiry conversion
  • Ensures that all sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the Finance department
  • Managing the credit extended to customers by timely submission of documents and collection of cash/cheque payments within stipulated periods
  • Submission of daily and monthly sales reports presenting various sales figures, target sales for the subsequent month, as well as total sales discounts, and forward to the manager
  • Works closely with the sales coordinator to send quotations, invoices, submittals, and related documents on time.
  • Assist and lead the customer to get the best after-sales service after delivery of the products.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post graduate with 2+ years in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
  • Must possess technical and commercial experience with Hankook, Continental, Michelin, Bridgestone, and Pirelli.
